That depends on what you want for your self and what it is worth to you to have it!!

If it is something you want than do it coz it is worth it in long run if it makes you happy!!

I wouldn't think that it would be, but it depends on the quality of the minis and the stud. It is kind of like trading 4 minis for one horse, which I do not think is fair. In my area a registered mini mare goes for $1000+ when they are not bred, and $1500+ if they are, and a registered paint goes for less than $2500. You could sell the mares for at least $3000, and you get at most a $2500 horse. It is completely up to you, but I wouldn't do it.

Sorry, I do not know if you mean that you would train a paint for the minis or if you would trade the minis for the paint. If you have the paint and you are trading for the minis go for it, it would be a really good deal.

Just my opinion, but I would say the paint would be worth more, also depends on his color, confirmation and papers. Min mares around here have dropped in value the last few years.
Call a salebarn or auctioneer to see what they are going for in your area.

Just depends on conformation, disposition, pedigree, and so on. Only the buyer and seller can make that discussion.

I would think so. Paints are worth it.
