to put it simply hillary thinks she is god. this is typical clinton behavior, when things do not go their way or when they get caught doing something, they deny deny deny, and then they explain how it was not their fault they were tricked. barak is the future of the democratic party. i am a hard line conservative but it is hard not to like barak. i just dont think he has enough experience. which actually could be a good thing. hillary is well versed in the art of deception though. and the article raises a good point she has no problems with one of her supporters (who used to be a KKK grand dragon) makes disparaging comments about her opponent being black. hmmm i think that making racial remarks is a little more serious than what Geffen said. maybe thats just me.

Obama doesn't owe her a thing. Geffen was basically explaining why he wasn't helping Hillary. For the record isn't Hillary accepting the help of Senator Robert Ford someone that clearly made racial comments towards Obama. I'd rather have worked with someone who speaks the truth about the Clintons, than someone who's proven to be a racist. And that's in that same article posted above.

She thinks and probably will be next president of the United States. A little fact maybe you don't know women out vote men 2 to 1. If you can do the math. Conservatives know this and that's why they are doing their best to slander and discredit her, and I have to admit that there is nobody better than the Republican party at doing this! The biggest liars and trash talkers on earth, but they sure like to point the finger at the Democrats when they are losing to them. You people that voted for King Bush are a bunch of losers that are not smart enough to see the damage he has done to the future of the United States from economically to financially and not to mention the loss of freedoms. Wake up and smell the ca ca this guy is putting out. What is wrong with you Conservatives? I thought all off you at least had a second grade education.

I suppose she thinks she's a candidate running for President who is offended by Geffen's remarks regarding her husband. By accepting Geffen's money Obama sanctions Geffen's remarks. That's straight forward enough, right? Nobody is "losing it." I like Obama, but this is one of the first examples of his inexperience in political campaigns. He's going to have to learn the hard way how these things work. There's already a movement afoot in the party to studiously avoid any slander directed toward candidate's families. That's not coming just from Clinton, it's coming from every quarter. This is just the beginning. We've got almost two years of mud-slinging to endure between candidates.

Barak said he would run an issues campaign, not an attack one. Hillary was attacked personally by Geffen, she called on Barak to distance himself from them and return any money Geffen personally gave, not all that was raised at the fund raiser. If Barak is really interested in a campaign of ideas, that would have sent a powerful message, and the $2,300.00 lost would not have been that big of a deal, he would still have basically 1.3 million in the bank with a strong moral position. So basically he sold his morals for two thousand dollars and Hillary made sure we knew it.

Hillary Clinton thinks she is still the powerful First Lady that she was when Bill Clinton was President. I don't think she cares about anyone but herself. The woman will do anything to maintain a position of authority over others. That's why she never did divorce Bill Clinton. It doesn't surprise me at all to learn that Obama and Hillary are the two most popular candidates for the Democrats. Liberals sit back and complain about how wealthy people like Dick Cheney and George W. Bush are. No one that runs for President is poor. Liberals are always looking for that person who will stick it to the rich. Liberals live in a complete fantasy world. The wealthiest Americans are not really as wealthy as liberals think they are. The wealthiest Americans pay the most in taxes, and they spend the most money. Liberals did everything possible to make sure Clinton stayed in office for eight years. Democrats do not deserve to win a presidential election in 2008. All Hillary Clinton is going to do is repeat what Bill Clinton did when he was President. She is simply going to raise taxes on the wealthiest Americans, and line her own pockets. The Clintons became filthy rich when Bill Clinton became President. Both of them deserve to be deported to another country.

Often in politics, asking a question or making a comment using one interpretation of an event is actually a way to out an offense without actually coming right out and saying it. In the case of Hillary and Obama it was a clean way to sling some mud.

Obama sold out his morals for a few shekels and Hillary wanted everyone to know it. Hillary is a smart girl and you'll see more of these cloaked attacks when she gets messed with.

She did the same thing to the Bush Administration over environmental failures and global warming while speaking in Los Angeles...
Without mentioning the presidential race, Clinton said indirectly of the Bush administration that "our government has to get ahead of the climate-change issue. ... We need people in Washington who understand that."
Rather a nice way of calling someone a failure eh?

Just like Nancy Pelosi and her "I'm gonna tell the President" comments on Larry King Live when she saw an opportunity to out President Bush's threat against her by quoting it then using it in another context. She quoted the President saying that on two recent visits he had told her that he "would not tolerate any undermining of anybody's patriotism or our intentions to protect the national security of the United States."

When a man like President Bush says that it means mess with me or my war little girl and you'll lose your head... So she needed to get it out in the open. You follow? This woman is no dummy and struck decisively at the first opportunity to protect herself. Watch the video and pay attention to her hand gestures as she quotes and the flare in her eyes as she twists the knife... he asked me to tell him if that happens. Well it's (twist twist) happened C'mon keep up.

Women are smart. Did you ever really get anything over on your mom?

Who does Hillary think she is? The next President of the United States and I think she's right. But she won't get a second term because Nancy Pelosi is gonna beat her in 2012.

Yes. Only Obama is going to need a lot of Geffen type money to beat her.

Thanks for the link, PC. This is better commentary than the other I'd seen on this little brouhaha. This is the sort of thing that makes Hillary so intolerable to so many people. She thinks this is "vicious" criticism? Remember Travelgate? Remember how she recently said Bush and his White House crew needed psychiatric help for having carried out a policy that she herself endorsed at the time? She has consistently denigrated the characters of all who have opposed her. But somebody says she's "too ambitious" and she goes ballistic. What a hypocrite! What a nutcase!

It seems kind of pig-headed to me. Geffen hasn't done anything wrong by making those statements, but more and more, I am beginning to understand why everyone seems to hate her. I seem to be reading more and more of these types of articles every day, and it always pans out to one thing: Hillary wanting to cut down everyone that says something that is not totally compliant with her views. Right now it seems she's playing tit for tat and trying to wave it in Obama's face to get a rise out of him. So far it doesn't seem to be working... Oh well.
