Sure, why shouldn't a man be able to touch his own body.
I advise you not to do it in public areas though, lol.
Do whatever you want with yourself man.
Don't let doctors do it, it's horribly awkward! You're just lying there while a guy touches your nutsack! (it's okay if its a woman, but I doubt it).
