If your browser is open go to tools on top then Internet option. Click the Clear history box, you can also delete files and delete and delete cookies there.

Yes, you are confused. You told us neither the operating system nor the browser. Try opening your browser, go to tools then select internet options. Look around the different tabs because it is on different tabs for different browsers/Operating systems.
