You can't tell at all, even if the is a slight difference in speed, the chances are always almost identical. If you want to know the gender now take a home test. Check the website below

Either a Boy or a Girl!!! Its always a 50/50 chance and when calculating on one of those chinese calanders ALL 5 of my kids were suppose to be the opposite of what they really were. Nothing is going to make you have one sex or the other it all depends on the male!!!!

male sperm swim faster but die quicker.
female sperm swim slower but die slower.

using this info, if you had sex before you ovulated, the male sperm might have gotten there first but would have died off before you actually ovulated, leaving the late arriving but still alive female sperm.

if you had sex after you ovulated, the male sperm would have the better chance because by the time the female sperm made it there you would have already conceived a boy, or the egg would have been done taking visitors.

I was going to say the same thing! You read my mind. Oh, and we need to find out if your pregnant yet, or not. If you are:

It's about 50/50. 50% chance it'll be a boy; 50% chance its a girl.

If you are interested there is a article on Babyhopes.com that theorizes how to plan the sex of your baby.. never tried it, and I doubt its foolproof, but what the heck!? Good luck.

50% chance female and 50% male.

There's a theory that would say you're having a girl, but it's not proven.
