A blood test will show if you are pregnant or not 7 days following conception.

Here is when you can take an at home pregnancy test:
If you do not chart or monitor your fertility in any way, and you think you may have conceived, you should wait 19 days (or longer) after having sex to test. Why 19?! Sperm can live approximately 5 days in the proper environment; if the sperm managed to live until you popped an egg, the actual conception could have taken place several days after the sex act that got the sperm there. To make sure you're not testing too early, assume the sperm had very long lives (5 days is considered a very long sperm life) and that conception occurred then. Then allow 14 days for the embryo to implant and develop enough hCG to show up on a pregnancy test (96% of pregnant women will test positive by then.)

Good luck

You have to wait 10-12 days normally because the sperm in some cases doesnt go directly to the egg, it can hang out up in there for 2 days before it decides to fertilize. Some mothers say they could sense pregnancy early on others just wait until they miss a period. You cant have sex then take a pregnancy test because the hormones the test looks at will not be showing up yet
Hope I helped

you have mittelschmerz, which is a condition that make you feel a lot of pain when you are fertile.
If you have this condition upon conception the pain dissolves, immediately.
So in that case its immediate, but if not it will take another 14 days
you see you ovulate on your 14th day your cycle last 28 days so in 14 days you will know, so give or take a day.
by the 16th day you will be perfectly sure.
some women will get symptoms 10 days after, because at that point the level of hormones already start to change.
but it depends on your body.

Home pregnancy tests will usually start working 12-15 days after fertilization (sex).

Clinical tests start working much faster; usually 6-8 days.

Usually the best time to find out is after a missed period, since that is typically when hCG levels are high enough to be detected by a urine test.
