Which brand of eyeliner stays on the longest?

Sharpen a Rimmel soft kohl liner. Heat the tip by running it across a lighter flame. Let it coll & then apply. Swipe on Wet & Wild liquid liner over it to help it stay put. I have found putting liquid liner over eye liner pencil is the best way.

I found that liquid eyeliner stays on the longest. Try Avon, Revlon. But the trick is to purchase chocolate brown in the eyeliner because the black is much to strong looking and it makes you look hard. I use the chocolate brown and it is beautiful and soft looking.

Try Almay liquid I-liner. Its waterproof and smudge proof. If your not use to using liquid eyeliner, do a little at a time. DO NOT try to do it in one swipe. Plus the design of the product helps, its like along slender pen in an inkwell. You'll understand when you see it.

I use Maybelline liquid eyeliner. It takes a bit of practice but looks awesome and doesn't budge. You can get it in waterproof or regular. (waterproof comes off with soap and water.)

I have oily skin too but in the end its all about what works for you, try experimenting. I think that maybelline and estee lauder work best for me.
