Your spelling is a little off but the answer will be the same - technically it is a rubber bag with a long hose about 5 feet and a weird little nozzle on the end - the bag will be filled with water and some type of non irritant cleaner - some use lysol some use products specifically for this function - the nozzle is inserted in the woman's vagina and she cleanses herself this way. Most women no longer use this product as it has been replaced by disposable bottle used for the same purpose. That is why the derogatory term douche bag would mean that you were less than -------- perfect lets say-lol

A douche bag is a bag that holds the vinegar and water mixture for douching. I've never done it, but I believe the liquid is squirted into the vagina to clean it out.
