AWWW what a lovely question

More than anyone in the world.

I almost lost my mum (who is 79) late last year and living 5000 miles away from home made it all the more difficult to bear.

Needless to say, I packed up a suitcase and went home to look after her even for a few weeks. Fortunately, someone somewhere decided that it wasn't her time yet and she recuperated and continues to recover.

If it happens again tomorrow, I'd definitely do the same again.

I'm sure me going home back then made all the difference and definitely helped in her fighting back 2 weeks of being in coma and waking up without any complications.

More than I could ever express. I don't want to patronise people but take it from someone who no longer has a mom (or dad for that matter) to hug or kiss, don't ever take them for granted. Hug your mom and your dad everyday if you can and store up the memories.
