my wife was upset by her boss at work recently, and was sobbing down the phone to me.

I was 300 miles away at the time and had to get her to calm down, which I did.

I cried afterwards because she is so small and kind and gentle that I could not cope with the fact her boss had upset her that much.

I'll be meeting her soon to be ex boss soon.
