A poppett is very simple to make. Take two pieces of felt and cut out a basic person shape. You would sew up 3/4 of the dolls and then put herbs, stones, oils, personal items from the person the poppett is supposed to represent, etc. You would then finish sewing it up and charge it with your intent and annoint it with oils. Basically the idea is to make the doll using materials that mean something to you, and use some material from the person you want to affect (hair or something like that). This way you make a unique connection in the universe between you and someone else.
