I have a WRT54GX Linksys Driver, I see my friends passworded account called josh06, I told him if I could use it too, he said only if I can find it out, he gave me some hints, but, can't find it, How can I get it?

You need snort or wireshark first.
Learn to read the dataflow over networks.

I agree with the last post, the only addition I'd like to make is that a good handful of the cracking programs that are affective are for Linux. Granted Airsnort and Kismet are available for Windows, I've had more success with them under Linux. Cain and Abel as suggested, should work too I haven't used the recent release which now includes WEP cracking, but it is a powerful tool that I've previously used to capture passwords on wired not wireless HTTPS sessions. If you're up to the challenge try Remote Exploit. This link below has a downloadable cd image designed with network auditing in mind.

Since most WEP connections use a 128 bit encryption it is highly unlikely that you will just stumble across the correct passcode

search on google for coin and able it is a hacking program for cracking any password and for cracking wireless network wep's and passwords
