please help!! hair issue!?

I really want to get my hair highlighted. I want to get it how like when you put ur hair in a pony tail its still dark underneath but the top is like golden brown highlights. is that called a partial highlight??? thanks guys!

That is a Partial Weave.


If you want it all over its a Full Weave.
