Why do they say that instead of 'Letter C'? I never got that, and I do it too!

That's because early SAT prep books recommended that. But if there's a penalty for wrong answers, don't just go for C, because most tests have randomly distributed answers. If you just pick a random answer, the chances of getting it right is 25% or 20%. And you would think that test makers have already heard enough about those tricks like "go for c" by now that they wouldn't make it so easy for you to get it right. Instead, (for penalty test only), try narrow your choices down to two possible answers, then you'll have a pretty good chances of earning some points. Sometime it's best to leave it blank. If there's no punishment for wrong, then, by all mean, fill out all the bubbles!

because giving letters like a , b , c means only to give them numbes like 1 and 2 and 3 you deal with them as number in a row not letter , also when asker use i , ii ,iii it means number 1 , 2 , 3 they are used to differ real numbers of problems than those of choices

Well _I_ never call a letter a number, so you can't say the "everyone" does it.
