Do you think allowing credit card for people here illegally will run the US deeper in debt from them defaulting and then returning to their home country or assuming another identity like they do around here all the time, buy another fake social security number etc.? Do you think people here illegally should be allowed to have credit cards and bank accounts in the US?
Can you believe that Bank America announced publicly that they are going to give credit cards to illegals?Isn't Bank America giving credit cards to illegal aliens aiding and albeiting illegal aliens thus illegal?
What is going on with our government going after individuals who are not guilty of terrorism such as citizens who marry foriegners and not big business like Bank America who has been blatantly breaking laws by giving bank accounts to people here in the US illegally who do not have visas to be here or social security numbers.
Bank America has been giving illegals bank accounts and credit cards I know some who have them but at the time I did not know they were here illegally nor that there were so many illegally and that Bank America doing so was aiding and albeiting illegals.

Yeah I hate to be eating it by higher costs in this bank lying and stealing from illegals also and the tax revenues of the US. Bank America is one of the biggest credit fraud companies around I am cancelling my credit card from them. They do really dishonest stuff on my credit card account I am paying it off this month and cancelling it also.

Bank of America is an international operation . I had a Bank of America checking account and Credit card in England. So to answer your question I don't believe the bank is breaking any laws. It may be risky business granting a credit card to an illegal however but doubt that it is illegal. In addition, the terms the bank sets out are pretty strict in terms of length of time at their address, credit history etc. A social security number is only a prerequisite for us (American Citizens) to have a credit card and savings account.

That's why if you don't have a social security number you can't apply for a loan, credit card, or finance anything

Allowing anyone to have a credit card that is not traceable is wrong. By doing so the credit card company rasies your rate to pay for the failures of them paying it off. So vote to bring in cheap labor so we can raise more rates on everything to pay it off for them.
