forgot my Hotmail email password VIP, please help!?

i forgot my secret question thing, what happen was i changed my password, and for some reason neither the new or old password works. Also, how do i access my "alternative e-mail"? Any help, i would REALLY appreciate.

you should have an option when you try to log in to get your password back
