Thats why I have a bread machine. I like setting it so that I wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread, a great way to start the day!

I love that smell too. I'm lucky enough to live four blocks from a Pepperidge Farm plant. It's great because when the windows are open you can totally smell the fresh bread.

And homemade sourdough is the best yet. My grandpa used to call store bought bread gun waddin. Granny baked bread at least twice a week.
