all end with vowels

Africa, Antarctica, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, South America all end in a vowel, yes. From the 1500s the English noun continent was derived from the term continent land, meaning continuous or connected land[33] and translated from the Latin terra continens.

Can only be that they all end in a vowel

Claims of starting and ending in the same letter only work if you ignore the "North" and "South" from North & South America.

Of course is Spain and Portugal they teach that there are 5 continents not 7 (Antarctica, America, Eurasia, Africa, Australia),

In Russia and Japan they teach that there are 6 (Europe and Asia combined into Eurasia)

Italy and Iran also teach 6 but combine the Americas into one continent instead of Europe/Asia
