Most mail readers and web browsers have an encoding selection under the view menu. Firefox includes Farsi, but Microsoft apps don't (they do have Arabic). You might try UTF16, too.

if u use the Internet explorer try this steps
1 - right click in any place in the page
2 - chose "encoding"
3 - then chose "more" then try the language that u thought the sender wrote the message with it
if it doesn't work try "Unicode" from the same list (""more"")

you may want to try copying and pasting them in microsoft word
