I purchased a suede hat off E-bay,it is a tad too small for my head,it is beanie style(not cowboy or ball cap)any tips on stretching or making more "form"fitting?I remember hearing rubbing alcohol works!

What you want is called ''blocking''. It's a term used to describe the action of molding a hat shape usually by hand. This technique can also be used to slightly enlarge a hat as well. You are going to need a ''block''. The block should be the same size that you desire the finished hat to be. A cheap ball from ''toys r us'' will do. You will also need the chemical I have given a link to. Be sure to "test a small area on the ball to be sure it is compatible with the spray. Then just follow the direction as far as application. Now work the treated hat until the ball is wearing it. Allow the proper amount of drying time and you should be good to go!

i think a daily, few minute manipulation of the rim will help, and try to put shoe stretchers in.
