Is there a software available that enables a person to access the internet on their cell phone only through the bluetooth and not GPRS that connects to the laptop or a wireless network?

The GPRS is at present the only way to hook up your smart phone to the internet. I look around last month for a way/spoftware that would help me connect without a GPRS connecton.

One of the reasons that software cannot be used is because
GPRS is hooked up to the national (your providers) network. The call is routed over paths though the network over a dedicated connection, transmitted and received at the other end.
The software would have no network to hook up to, unless you were in a area that had access to a open wireless connection.

to apply bluetooth for internet connectivity you will want a dial up gadget to connect by using. maximum cellular telephones grant this at present. All you're able to do is set up the motive force on your cellular telephone after which you hook up with the cellular telephone contained in the direction of the bluetooth adapter (after pairing them, of direction). and presto, you're on line.
