Green eggs (like in the book, green eggs and ham). Anything is green if you add green food coloring! Scramble the eggs, put a few dots of green food coloring in the milk you are stirring in, and voila, green eggs.

Also, Green Peppers in a lovely tossed green salad.

Spinach pasta is green, and it probably comes as spaghetti. Andes mints are chocolate on the outside but have a green mint layer sandwiched in between that you can see as a stripe around the edge. They also come wrapped in green foil. And mint chocolate chip ice cream doesn't have to be green (I've had it white, because the flavoring has no color), but it's usually colored green. You apparently allow food coloring because beer isn't green naturally. But know how to mix your primary colors. I heard of a frat that made a whole keg of purple beer and couldn't figure out what went wrong because after all, they mixed red and blue!

An old army cook told me how he had to make dinner for the brass on St. Patrick's day and he was supposed to do something to make it special. This was in Germany immediately after WW2 and he didn't have a lot to work with. So he made green mashed potatoes and they were a big hit.

You can even add green dye to water and soak whole peeled white potatoes in it for an hour or two, cooking them in the same dyed water. I've heard that potatoes take up dye very well, all the way through. Eggs are a natural because the yolk is already yellow and should only need a bit of blue dye. That's easy for scrambled or deviled eggs. Fried eggs could take a bit more playing around if you only want the yolk green, but I'm sure it could be done. Egg salad would be a cinch, but for a sandwich you'd have to bake your own green bread. And don't forget fried green tomatoes.
