I am just wondering if anyone on here sells avon, or knows of anyone who does...I guess my question is this...I have had a really great avon lady for approx 6 months..but recently have had to make quite a few returns (some due to products not preforming the way they should, and a couple of them because they just don't look good on me)...I always get credit toward another purchase....does my avon lady view this as a huge inconvienence...I know it's my right... but if everyone returned things quite often....
I maybe returned approx 5% of all my purchases for credit toward other purchases....
is it wrong? is it o.k? do I just care about the avon lady too much?

I have sold Avon and I can tell you that returning items and getting something else that pleases the client is no problem at all. Sometimes it's hard to tell from a book exactly how that product will perform or if you will like the smell..etc. To be honest...we get few returns....and those we do get we know it's a reasonable return. We want our clients to be happy. :) Actually, on some of the items I get from clients to be returned...I go ahead and pay for it and keep the item...it helps build up my Avon product display for customers who want to see things before buying. :)

Your Avon Lady doesn't mind! You're a sweet customer. The fact is, Avon offers a 100% Guarantee. She will gladly take your items back and wants to see you happy with your purchase so that you'll be comfortable making future purchases with her. Don't worry!

AVON'S POLICY ON RETURNS
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee states, "If you're not happy, we're not. Just return the product to the source, (Representative, Avon Beauty Center, Avon Centre or the avon.com store) from where you purchased it. Please include your receipt along with the product to ensure a proper adjustment. It's that simple".

As a AVON representative myself we do not mind returning products for a customer. We want you to be happy as a customer and that means great customer service. I always push the 100% satisfaction guarantee with a customer wanting to try something for the first time. That is the beauty of Avon. Where else can you return a shade that is not right for you without hassles. I get very little returns but it is not a problym with me.

hey listen...if something does not work for you ..you should stop useing it...forexple if i have something and it does not work for mw i also return the item and buy something better...i think that you should return the item and tell her that it does not do well with my skin and i will like to take something else for the money that i had spent...and if that does not work out go to some other stor and buy the best thing because you should buy the best for your skin....
p.s i hope everything works out for the best...
