Maybe people find you attractive or unique. Take it as a compliment. It would probably bother you if nobody ever took notice of you.

Well, I'm hoping you don't stink, since there is now a diagnosed biological condition. Keep an eye on your diet. Sometimes you can't smell yourself unless it hits the extreem.
Not to say that this could all be in your head, you might want to consider the fact that some people are just people watchers, urban spectators you might say. Your reaction may be causing the added attention.

People "sniffle" when they're around you? Are you spreading germs and causing them to catch colds? You got me! I think that's pretty weird, too. Perhaps try handing them a Kleenex.

They sniffle? As in smell you? You will need to gather your courage and ask them: You must be very polite and tactful about it otherwise people will clamp up.

Do you draw attention to yourself by the way you dress or talk or act? as far as sniffing, do you smell, or wear too much cologne? Maybe you are just being paranoid and you are perfectly normal??
