when it come to clean it it is like the amred forces housing rules.

No - I work for a HA. We want there to be no damage, decoration to be to a reasonable standard (bedroom's painted black is a no no) and no DIY botch ups.

What all these HA's look for is how fast can they relet the property. They have performance figures to achieve (relet times).

No one will come around wearing a white glove.

Any damage or unauthorised works will be recharged back to you.

I think you ought to clean it up a bit..not the carpeting and that kind of stuff...but you don't want to leave a bunch of crap laying around~or they'll think you were a slob;) Plus you don't want to lose your deposit.
