Was this your first tanning in a bed? If so, you are burned. It used to be called sunburned, but cannot call it that now, since you were not in the sun. You need to try very hard to get into a tub full of water, because you are probably running a fever too. It is going to hard, because your tolerance for the water temperature is going to be a very fine line. Not hot water, not cold. You can take some baking soda and sprinkle it into the water before you get in and that will help take some of the burn out. Also plain oatmeal will work too. If you have someone that can go to the store for you, some sunburn relief lotion with latocain (not sure of the spelling here) in it and/or aloe Vera with help too. If you begin to get nauseated or continue to run a fever, you may need to go to the doctor as you could have submitted yourself to sun poisoning, which can get serious. Good luck in feeling better. It will not happen immediately. Also you might want to talk to the person that allowed you as a new tanner to stay in a tanning bed for that long. That was very irresponsible.

Your skin is changing because you are tanning. If you are feeling nervous about it then you might need to just stop tanning altogether..A odd feeling could be something telling you to stop.

That is normal...Skin is changing and the sun and tannings beds dry the skin out. Get some noxzema the face wash...Put it on your neck and leave it. It will help it.
You might need to start going every other day and use lotion 2 or 3 times a day. It's hard to tell because I don't know your skin tone.
Noxzema will take the red out and help with the pain.

Sweat can cause bumps like that. You don't go and get cancer in a day. It takes years...

get some aloe vera and apply or put the bottle in the frig to make it cold then apply....the bumps might be from sweating and its causing the redness....try some baby powder...or some hydrocortisone 5 or 10 percent in stores follow directions on the box.when you tan try not to wear any perfume or deodorant which might have a reaction to your skin from the intense heat from the bulbs or just shower before and after you tan.make sure the booth or bed that your tanning at is clean and sanitized

If you can find it, cut fresh aloe vera plant and pull the skin off it. Ooze the gooey slimy salve onto your skin everywhere it hurts. It's okay to put clothes on and sleep as it washed out easily from both. I saw it used miraculously in Australia when my friend got burned badly surfing at Bondi Beach in Sydney. His Mum put it all over him head to toe front and back and the next day, he was still very red, but the pain was much better. In 3 days, he was pain free.
Try it! Stop using tanning beds-you'll end up radioactive, infertile, and with skin thingies all over you! A girl here cooked her insides, part of her liver, and was close to death from tanning too much, too often, for too long!
** Lecture over...hope you feel better soon.:}
If you're NOT BETTER tomorrow--GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM! SUN POISONING AIN"T NO JOKE.

Go to the doctor and let them prescribe a special lotion for your skin. Because you make have an inflection or a serious burn. BTW: Tanning beds causes skin cancer it is the same as tanning in the sun!

You most likely have hives, and you should take Benadryl. WARNING: DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER TAKE BENADRYL ORALLY AND TOPICALLY. THIS WILL RESULT IN AN OVERDOSE OF BENADRYL.

Make sure to read the container before you take any medecine, but lay off the tanning for a few days, get some rest, and take cool showers.

You should be better in no time.

Is it like burnt or something? If it is use some Aloe Vera. DO NOT USE BUTTER!!! That will only make it worse. And don't go to the tanning place for a while. UV rays will give you wrinkles anyway.

sounds like sunburn and heat rash?f use alovera, or use an after sun down lotion, maybe even baby lotion, ask your mother, if it starts itching use a baby powder with corn starch.maybe take a cool bath, dint use any heat, and next time you go tanning dint go for as long, where did you go, doesn't sound like a good place, if they seen you got red first time, no way would they let you go in for that long again,be very careful in those you can get hurt bad, hope it helps

Find an Aloe Vera plant, at least that will help a bit. But I would stop tanning for awhile.

this should be under health.

did you use a tanning lotion? were you in a tanning bed or just in the sun. The sun alone should not do that to you. i know it is saturday and you can't see a doctor. try applying soem aloe vera on your skin it really soothes a bad sunburn and relives itching.
