Has anyone ever had sex on the beach (literally)? What are the legal actions taken for getting caught? Thanks!

Who cares what the legal action is you only live once! Just be discreet about it get one of those pup tents or a large blanket. If their is to many people then bring your blanket to the beach in the evening after a wonderful dinner on the town . good luck!

Yes I have, I've also had the drink. I was over 21 when I had the drink and didn't get caught when I had the action.

No..I haven't.....but I think if you get caught you could go to jail..or pay a fine. It's better if you do it somewhere private wher epublic isn't around. Good luck with you question though, and sorry, I'm really not much of a help probably..

never on the beach but did while skying once and yes we had an auddiance ..boy were we embaressed..end up getting our lift tickets taken away lol

Been there done that...never got caught. If its a public beach its public indecency.

depending on the cop. its alot of fun but don't get caught its embarrassing. its a really expensive ticket.

other than a little sand in warm moist places - it is freaking hot
you won't get busted, but you may get an audience - but that just makes it better anyway

YES I HAVE TRIED IT AND IT IS GREAT, BUT LET ME WARN YOU IF YOU GET CAUGHT YOU WILL BE ARRESTED FOR "BEING NUDE IN PUBLIC".
