Sorry to hear the situation you are in. Ending everything with a will doesn't leave the kids with a dad which i'm sure is very important to them. If having custody of your children in your house is not an option, contact a lawyer so that assetts can be divided equally. The kids can be taken care of and you won't be left high and dry. Good luck!

your kids happiness would be to kick their selfish and ungrateful mother out on the curb since you worked hard for that house especially if you paid for it. start divorce proceedings trust me you have the upper hand b/c she is the one who cheated. don't leave your house again but don't argue in front the kids though. i would contact a lawyer that deals w/ family and divorce law. best wishes. p.s. don't talk a/b ending it all. think a/b your kids. do you really want to leave them w/ a crazy woman. u might want a dna test to prove they're kids. who knows if this was the first time.

fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. you set no limits on as to how you are willing to be treated, you told her treat me anyway you want and I will let you get away with it. she will find a way to weasel the house from the kids, if you are in USA, you won't be able to sign it over to them anyways, she gets half. you can sign your half over to them for what it's worth.
when people are wounded, they are easier to take advantage of. that's why they usually do it to you when you are at your lowest point, when someone you know dies or you lose your job. it has maximum effect then. quit feeling sorry for yourself and show some backbone, give her what she wants and tell her to leave you the hell alone, you haven't starved yet and it will work out for the best. it may take you a few years to be back on top but resolve to be a man and not a boy. don't blame her for her strengths, blame yourself for your weaknesses. and decide to change them.

She seems like someone you definitely need to get out of your life. I definitely think that you should try and keep the kids. Tell someone about the situation and I'm sure that child services or a judge could help.

seek a lawyer and he will give you answers you need. but it might be better you go then her and kids unless she will leave the kids with you.shes one having the affair she should leave and make her own way.. you will need back bone and tell her to get out.. and she dont sound dependable so i dont think i would take her back again.. past behavior is future behavior. best bet is get your free concoltation from a lawyer and go from there... good luck

You should kick her out, you really should. You stay with the kids. She is in the wrong, do not under any circumstances move out, tell her to move out, and change the locks. She is taking the mic, put your foot down.

If there is a child in the middle of this, what is best for him/her ? Let's forget you and her, and knowing you re still the father, you will still have that responsibility until what-ever you're state require. Wish you much Luck, and God Bless !!

Can you take the kids and you have the house? She's the one that was unfaithful, so I would do your best to get custody of them and keep your pad. Let her leave and move in with this scum bag, then they can be scum bags together.

Your best option would be for you to get custody of the kids and keep the house, kick her butt to the curb.
