What is a good topic for a Demonstrative Speech?

Question

I have a couple of ideas, but it needs to be something I'm passionate about and the speech can only last 5 minutes, so it can't be too intense. My thoughts were... feng shui your house, play apples-to-apples, plan an intimate date, plan a hiking trip for a family, stalk a celebrity, or read constellations. Any other ideas floating around out there would be really appreciated.

I was in a public speaking class last semester, and this speech of demostration was a big hit with the students, but even more so with the teacher. She showed us how to fold napkins like they do in fancy restaurants. It was really easy to learn and there are a lot of good web-sites you could use to print out the different napkin folds to assist you when you are denonstrating it to he class. I have listed only 2 but if you search napkin folds you will find a loy of them.
