an airbrush tan is more orange-ish and more evenly and a tanning bed tan is more tan and red-ish and it looks real. It is also really smooth.I would go with the tanning bed tan.

I have never heard that an airbrush tan causes Cancer. I do know that when I get one, the beautician has a tanning spray that she is certain to put it on evenly. There are no rays such as sun rays beating down on my body to wreak havoc with my flesh, or to make wrinkles a 'for sure thing' in the future! My skin does not feel like leather, either.
When sun beds were new, I went to what was the best type to get tanned. Soon, I learned how my skin couldn't take it! I just stopped tanning. This is a bit like standing in the desert with 120 degree weather with no sun block for days. NOT a great idea, healthwise.

Airbrush tans do not cause cancer, all it is is a high quality self tanner that is airbrushed evenly onto your skin, and it washes off in time. At the more swanky salons they have you salt scrub and exfoliate your skin before hand, then moisturize it afterward so the tan aheres better and looks more natural.

Tanning beds are where you lay under UV lights and your skin naturally tans, which also fades with time. It's very harmful because there are hgiher amounts of harmful UV rays than normal sunlight.

I am not sure, I think air brush tan is more like putting a type of paint ( or something) over your skin, as where a tanning bed is using Ultra Violet Rays (Like sun, but less and more close) on your skin which causes skin cancer. I suggest you just do the good old laying out on your deck if its summer :P

Airbrush tan involves you being sprayed with a color, whereas in a tanning bed, you're actually getting tanned by the UV rays, so it mimick's the way you'd tan in the sun, only it's more intense.

airbrush tan- air brushes onto you in a little stall (like one of those young childrens airbrush tattoo toys) creating a fake like tan that washes off within time

and the other isnt washable it just wears away. and is more dangerous but more common than airbrush tans.
