If you are 5 weeks pregnant the Dr goes by your last cycle but you didnt conceive until 2 weeks later so technically you got pregnant 3 weeks ago!!! Which makes you only 3 weeks pregnant. Like: I am 32 weeks but the babies are really only 30 weeks. Does that help at all?

If you're five weeks according to the first day of your last period (the way they calculate your due date), you conceived about 2-3 weeks ago or so. For example, I found out I was pregnant on December 10th, and I was already around 5 weeks pregnant. I know I conceived around November 17th, and my first day of my previous period was on November 1st. Congratulations!

Depends on if you want gestational age or fetal age...gestational age starts at the first day of your last period, but most doctors go by fetal age, which starts at conception (appr two weeks after the first date of your last period)

5-6 week ago. sonogram will tell you what week your in.

You take the first day of your last period. That was counted as day one.
