You may have gotten some metal shavings in the gasket area while you were rethreading the hole. Did you drill a larger hole and tap it for a larger bolt or did you use a helicoil to replace the standard threads?

Take the stripped bolt out and spray the hole out with either brake cleaner or ether. Then allow a few minutes to evaporate and dry completely. Take the bolt and coat it real good with automotive silicone (red for heat) and put back in bolt hole-tighten and allow overnite if possible to cure. Should do the job nicely. You may have to drain the pan completely to stop the leak while you make repair.

when you put on the gasket it could have slipped out of alinment, you might need to replace the gasket and try a little rtv blue on the gasket and a little teflon tape on the bolt. hope this helps

you could have torn the gasket,or the pan is warped.all i can tell you is take the pan off and take a hammer and tap the pan holes out so they are flat, then use some rtv sealer around it.
