Dumbledore. I know alot of people think he's the best person in the book but he's not really. Its his fault Sirius is dead, not Harry's. All he would have had to do is tell Harry what Voldemort was trying to do or told Harry never go to the Ministry. Harry isn't stupid enough to disobey Dumbledore like that!

Malfoy, he's weak. My favorite, though you didn't ask, is Snape because I believe he is NOT evil. He WILL come back and help Harry and save the world! That kid that follows Harry around and takes his picture. He doesn't add anything to the story. One time he was used for the 'Chamber of Secrets' plot, but he didn't do anything since then. Waste of our time.
