I want to be a wedding planner, and our high school is asking us to think about college and jobs. And i was talking with my family about what schools would be best, community or a University? I believe for a wedding planner i need a business degress, but do i need to really go to a univerty for just a business degress? In the long run is community college the best?

Here are two suggestions: First, this may sound snobby, but anyone who is planning a big elaborate, expensive wedding is probably well-educated. Do you think they want someone planning their big day who is not even a college grad? How will you understand what they want? or, understand what kind of things are important to them? They are rich and educated and you will be a nobody from their point of view.
Second, a wedding I went to recently cost over $120,000. Do you think that the people who did that wedding had only high school educations? I talked to the planner - she had a Masters degree from a top school!
You should go to college. You can get a degree in accounting or management with a minor in art or art history or fashion design. You would learn abll about how to manage your business so you don't go bankrupt! And you could learn a lot about fashion, what makes good design, music and art. That could make the difference in the success of your business!
Look around for some colleges that have programs in art or design and business. There are lots of them.

community college only offers an associates degree, which isnt really useful in many fields
you need to goto university for at least a bachelors
