1) who is padfoot, when hary was caught in umbrage's fire he said to snape about padfoot, is that a code name for Black.

2) who is kingsley?

3) what is behind the vail near the end, is it a passage way to death or was seruis actually behind it, no that can't be it or else he would come out. well then what do you think harry would of seen if he drew back the veil.

i'm sad black died, i really liked him. i'm also angry that harry never tell his friends the full story ( you know, when dumbeldore talked to him). i mean comon harry, give 'em a bit of gos. also i think harry should of talked to Cho at the end, just to settle terms out, then he can go out with hermiorne. give your veiws.

1. Padfoot is a nickname for Sirius Black that his friends James, Remus and Peter gave him when they were boys. Severus would be aware of this name and so Harry used it so as to not clue Umbridge in on what was going on.

2. Kingsley Shacklebolt is an Auror for the ministry and is an Order of the Phoenix member.

3. We don't know what is exactly behind the veil, we are to assume that death is behind the veil as Sirius died passing through it and Luna is able to hear her dead mother through it. But no you cannot come back through the veil, so Sirius is dead and not coming back.

I don't like Harry personally, he treats his friends terribly and doesn't deserve them, he's just a hot headed little Gryffindork.

As for Harry and Hermione hooking up, I don't think so, the two have never shown any interest in one another in that way, Hermione has the hots for Ron though she kisses other boys along the way, likewise Ron with Lavender.

I don't like Cho either, she cries too much.

3) Behind the veil ("vail") in the scene near the end of Order of the Pheonix is, it would seem, simply death. Literally. If Harry were to pull back the curtain, he would be dead. (Hence Lupin's strong warning!)

I fully agree with you about Serius: I liked him, too. I'm sad he was only in books 3, 4, & 5. But with a literary world like J.K.'s, who knows? Whatever's going to happen will be a surprise, I'm pretty sure...

1) padfoot - serius, james, and peter became illegal animaguses - where they can turn into animals at will. they did this because lupin ( who's a werewolf) wouldn't hurt them during a full moon. and serius became a dog ( padfoot), james became a deer ( prongs), and peter a rat (wormtail), and lupin, being a werewolf ( Moony).

2) Kingsley Shacklebolt is a senior Auror, who fights dark wizards. you probably saw him in the book, protecting harry, since they were in danger with Voldemort around.

3) no one really knows, it's pretty much just like " the veil of mystery" - but we are guessing that it's the veil of death, since lupin said serius is gone. but also remember that Luna and Harry could hear people through the veil... so we are clueless until the 7th book comes out.

well, Cho and Harry are just through with each other. Harry does not like Hermione, he will start liking someone else. and Hermione doesn't like Harry, either, or Krum.
