Medical history will include such questions, as: any medicines you are taking, any allergies, history of high blood pressure, any heart problems, previous abortions and effects, anything that a doctor needs to know, to determine if you will need special care. It is important to tell the truth as not telling something could be a hazard for you. Don't be afraid, and it is better to do what you are planning than to than bring another person into your life when you aren't ready. been there done that, no regrets. Best wishes

Your medical history includes any surgeries or hospitalizations you have had in the past, any current diseases or infections, any drug allergies, etc.

If you or someone you know is considering an abortion, please take a look at this information. You can't rely on people who are in the business of selling abortions to tell you the whole truth:

Just the normal things like if you have allergies, heart probs, cancer things like that. It like the same medical history you give to doctors. They dont go very in depth but they just want to make sure your not allergic to anything, or if you have seizures or anything like that. They will prob ask if your mom or dad has heart probs or if cancer or heart probs run in the family. They will ask things like your bday your heights and all of that. If you go to different abortion sites some of them have a medical form you can print out and fill out. Try looking for a site like that so you can get a idea of what more they ask. Try www.plannedparenthood.org

Because a dr. is performing the abortion, it is considered to be a medical procedure, therefore, requiring, for your health benefit, your medical background. Surgeries, previous abortions (if any), vaccines, illnesses, like chicken pox, etc. Have you considered going thru with the pregnancy and giving the baby up for adoption at birth? Take care.

You cant be serious. How old are you? It is pretty obvious don't you think. Have you ever been to ant Dr. at all. It is your medical history like do you have high blood pressure or any hospitalizations and so on. Obviously you are not on BC. They may want to know if you have any mental illness since you are not smart enough to use protection. just stuff like that.
