Does it take a lot of time to upload a video from google video uploader?

I install google video uploader yesterday and I am trying to upload a video that is 348.2MB, Please help!!

What's your bandwidth?

Mine uploads at around 40 kilobytes a second, and 1000 kilobytes in 1 megabyte, so a long time
