This statement is actually untrue. For the past two years Steve Nash (white) has won MVP and the leading candidates for this season (Dirk Nowitzki and Steve Nash) are both white.

Racist? Steve Nash won two years running, and he's as white as they come. It's not about color anymore. Even the US Team lost in the World Championships to teams with mostly white players. The game has opened up to the world and is being played better and better by all types of players with differing skin colors and nationalities. Teams now recruit worldwide.

Of course not. I mean think about it, how many white guys do you know in the NBA that is a great player? The majority of great players in the NBA are black players such as Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, and LeBron James and also foreign players such as Dirk, Steve Nash, and Pau Gasol? So you tell me, is it racist? What white players do you think deserve MVP?

No it isn't racist at all steve nash is up there and if any white guy is gonna step up and be better than some of the best black players i wud like to see this happen. Skin color makes no difference.

no its not, it just means that no white guys are good enough. it seems racist that you think white guys should win nba's mvp (seems like your thinking that white guys are better than anyone else).
