Stranglehold...my feet are about 2 inches from the ground - just the way I like it. A tight grip means that I'm moving in a good direction and have some boundaries. Just enough inches off the floor to get away when I need to. A loose grip would mean that my life is out of control and every wind that blew my direction would have me running to and fro. I like the tight grip. Control. Self-control. Happiness. Joy and Peace. Loosey-goosey isn't me.
