I hold the light bulb and the wife and kids turn the ladder.
Seriously, whoever turned the lights on when the bulb blew, or whoever was using the light at the time it burned out.

I'm only 5'5" so my husband changes the light bulbs

Any of us change the ones in the lamps. My husband or son change the ones on the ceilings.

It depends on the room: you have to change the lightbulb in your own room. But if it's from a public room, anyone who feels like it!
