FISH! I have had a beautiful blue Beta fish for almost a year now and it's the easiest pet I've ever had! I clean his fish bowl once a week and feed him every 2 to 3 days and he's a lot of fun. Sometimes I use a laser pointer and make him chase it aroudn teh bowl or I put a mirror up to the bowl so that he fights with his reflection. Sure, sounds bit mean but it's fun and my Beta seems to enjoy it! Get a BETA, they are easy, gorgeous and fun!

If you want a pet that is low maintenance, get a fish. But if you want a pet that you can play with and interact with more, get a hamster. Fish cages are easier to clean since they don't have tubes and all that. And some hamsters are really noisy! I had 3 dwarf hamsters that were all loud because they would scratch and bite at their cages, even though I bought those chewing sticks for them. I had to put them in a separate room with the door closed to even sleep at night. However, hamsters can be a lot of fun to watch run around in their ball and you can hold them in your hand.

I have got a hamster and i used to have a fish and the hamster is more lively and fun to watch! Fish are abit boring and dont do much, they just swim! Hamsters are better because they have their very own personality and are really cute and lovely!!! xx

Hamsters you can hold, i have hamsters, they are alot of fun, when i first got fish they only lived for about 2 weeks i dont know why, i took really good care of them. anyway fish are fun to, but hamsters are really fun, if you need some information on them go here,

I have both, some tropical fish and a syrian hamster. The hamster is more fun though.

If u want a gd pet 2 look at, and that will look pretty in your living room, get the fish. If u want 2 have a pet u can play withand cuddle, get the hamster.

Hamster definitely. You can't pick a fish up or play with it.
