It depends on the form of Zinc.

If it is elemental Zinc, then the number of electrons is also the number of protons which is 30.

If it is in the form of Zinc ion, Zn^+2, then the number of protons is still 30 but the number of electrons is now reduced to 28.

The number of neutrons depends on the isotope you are using.
If it is isotope Zn-65, then the number of protons is 30 and the number of neutron is 35. Please note that there a lot of Zinc isotopes, like Zn-60, etc.
