It is important to use skin friendly products and not pinch the pustules so that there are no scars formed. A good soap like Neutrogena or Cetaphil is recommended. Mild oil free skin creams should only be used . This link should provide more remedies.

I would suggest using proactive, but for some people that can irritate the skin, so some other good ones I use for every now and then is pure natural chemical brands like Melaleuca (not sure on spelling) which comes with Face Wash, Oil to take hidden dirt off skin(everyone has it), and cream to put on infected areas.

Here is the product Url for the all natural pack if your intrested - http://www.melaleuca.com/ps/index.cfm?f=ps.productDetail&pid=2849

Natasha you must really want to swim with a bathing suit and get rid of the acne on your back (and breasts).

The one thing that you should do is know what causes acne and then rebalance your diet. It helps!

But if it doesnt visit this website about more info on back acne:
http://www.acne.org/backacne.html

However, about your breasts i really dont know what cures them. But look on the bright side. at least your bathing suit will be covering your breasts and no one will see.

Yes use a body scrub. Proactiv never worked for me. Also watch what you eat...if I eat a lot of junk food I get acne.

In addition to scrubbing- put some toner or astringent with some salicylic acid- like sea breeze clean pore- into a little spray bottle. Spray onto your affected areas after you shower. This worked very well for me.

You can try vinegar in a small area to see if it reacts correctly. It should turn a little red and then go away after a few days of applying vinegar. I even use it on my face and it drys it up and does something to make it dissappear.

Use Neutrogena acne cream. I use it for my face but it works just as well for the back. You can find it at any department store.
