can any body help me out i just beenon my laptop trying to sort out a problem but cant solve it my cpu useage is running at 100% and it keeps freezing and i cant do nothing with it so i got to turn it off and restart it can anybody helpme before i take it back tomorrow. its getting to me know getting realy angry. funny how pcs do that to u aint it

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and have a look at the processes in the Windows Task Manager window that pops up.
You can click on the word CPU at the top of the list to sort the processes that are running. Find out which one is using the most CPU. System Idle Process should be using the most while you aren't running anything. If something else is then find out what it is, if it isn't obvious by the name do a search in Google for:it.
It could be a virus or any number of things.

try uninstalling unwanted software from ur laptop
