Ok today in our soccer match. (were the U16 team), we were down by 3-1 in first half. Then the coach put me forward and I scored a goal making it 3-2. Then I hit a cross bar one time, and other time I almost scored another goal. Late in the 2nd half I had a chance to score but my legs didn't got to the ball fast enough. It was only me and the goalie who wasn't in front of me. I feel sad that I didn't tied the game even though I did score a goal.

Don't worry, it's football and these things happen.

Seems to me that you like this team that you play for and you feel sad because you have a chance to level the game but it didn;'t happen. You have pride in yourself and you team and this is a good characteristic and instead of looking at the negative, learn from this feeling and it might motivate you more in the future. You did well to score a goal, and be proud of that.

I can understand why you're sad. You felt like you could have won the game for your team, given all the chances you had. Unfortunately, the ball didn't bounce the way you needed it to this time. Take it from you - if you keep playing you'll have plenty more chances to redeem yourself. Just take into consideration what you did wrong and what you did right this time and make adjustments to your game for next time. We're not robots, we can't be perfect all the time - no matter how much we want to be.
