what is the best way to make my eyes look bigger???

Use a bright shimmery eyeshadow to suit your eyecolour from lash line to browbone. Brown looks good on most people. With a flat tipped liner brush, wet it under tap to intensify the colour and remove excess water, dab it in the same eyeshadow (Kohl or liquid eyeliner will do aswell) and make a line from the middle of your eyes outwards and make a cat like flick on the ouside.
Apply a highlighting eyeshadow (gold and silver are cool) from browbone up to eyebrow.
Apply white eye liner on the lower side (inside) and on the inner corner of your eye, for that wide awake effect.
Apply two coats of mascara, wait till the first coat dries to apply the second, to avoid clumping. Apply also on the lower lashes.
And now you have beeeautiful big and desirable eyes : )

Make up wise just draw a line on the outside lower lid to about one third in,in what colour suits say brown or blue,what ever or use white pencil on inner lower lid,use eye brighter you can buy in boots,makes the white of the eye go sort of blue which opens the eye and looks healthy

Use Outdoor Girl mascara, a bright eyeshadow, and a small amount of eyeliner. Only on the inside of your eyes.
With the eyeshadow, put a small amount outside your eyes, it looks nice.

I always recommend curling your eyelashes, because it opens up the eyes and makes them appear larger. Also you can create the illusion of larger eyes, you can apply white or beige pencil eyeliner on the inside rim of your eye.

i first curl my eyelashes then i put some mascara

then the trick is instead of black eyeliner use white eyeliner
it really makes your eyes big and beautiful like a doll.

or to make your eyes look bigger you could only put mascara on your top lashes, and put eyeliner on only the bottom and not as close to your eye.
