I personally love to listen to Jack's Mannequin when i'm falling asleep. Also, I have a friend who swears by Enya and Simon and Garfunkel. It all depends on what type of music you like.

There is a lot soothing music to listen to. You can listen to streaming audio from litefm.com, they are a very good lite music station. If want mellow the group "Air supply" is probably the mellowest group out there. Pink Floyd, Yes, FleetwoodMac, to name a few, are good too.

some metallic Ballads artwork wonders. I frequently don't like listening to music at the same time as napping, yet earlier I sleep, I from time to time pay interest to: 'hollow Years' - Dream Theater 'Candlelight Fantasia' - Symphony X 'the area for This' - Cynic 'Love you to death' - Kamelot 'Wishing nicely' - Angra 'My Selene' - Sonata Arctica '4000 moist Nights' - Stratovarius 'previous the Eyelids' - Riverside 'lost in area' - Avantasia 'always' - Edguy 'Skywards' - Elvenking.
