All of the shower faucets in our home are single knob and have gotten used to it. It is easier to manage and adjust, needed to reach out one and only one control, very convenient once you get used to it.

I like the single knob. Easy for me to control the temperature.

we have both types and it really doesn't matter both types work equally the same to me
