I have a dream I'm having you know what with Sean Bean, my god its a **** when i wake up and realise its been sooo untrue! Try going to bed after reading or watching something nice. Give your mind a rest from horror. I love horror but every now and again i have a really bad nightmare, its just your mind still alert while you are asleep. Much rather have my dream than yours though, or better still the real thing..............................!! Sweet dreams, and remember to relax before sleeping. xx

Only once a year? Sounds like you have it easy! Yeah, definitely cut back on the scary movies though. Watch some chick flicks or something.

It means you need to watch "A Nightmare On Elm Street" and "Friday The 13th" so that you can add to the cast of characters bent on chasing you.
