No she's not..She's a light brunnette..She diyed her blonde when she was really young.I read it somewhere if I will find then im going to post it.*She diyed her hair for the film gasper meets windy.
*Thats why her roots Hair color is always brown.* &&

hilary duff is a natural blonde but at this point i thinks she's expirimenting hair colors

I think she is, but the last time I saw her, it was on the Tyra Banks show and she was a brunette.
